As the Procurement & Order Management Head

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the procurement processes and order management functions.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure the efficient sourcing of goods and services, timely order fulfillment, and effective supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute the company's procurement strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability considerations.

- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.

- Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

- Monitor supplier performance and address issues or concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.

- Order Fulfillment:Oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order placement to delivery.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize order fulfillment and delivery processes.

- Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement and order fulfillment costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

- Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies without compromising quality or service levels.

- Optimize transportation and logistics costs in collaboration with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in procurement, order management, or supply chain management.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with transportation and logistics operations.

- Leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
