We are Hiring for the below role based at Hyderabad for a leading IT Captive MNC in Hyderabad.  Looking for Localised candidate only.  Position: Procurement Operations Support Manager   Work Location: Hyderabad  Job Description   This role is assigned to the Proucrement Department in support of various functions such as but not limited to Procurement to pay function, Vendor Management, Co-ordination with Accounts Payable, Sourcing of Direct and Indirect materials, and Alternate Methods of Supply. The primary responsibility for this role is to develop and execute strategy on setting up a procurement support team in India. This person must understand the needs of the Procurement employees regarding quality, hiring and staffing. Responsibilities include keeping the team members highly motivated and engaged on job assignments. Develop hard and soft skills on employees, ensure proper following standard of processes and working with the assigned team to manage and maintain a high-quality of the work performed according to expectations from supported teams.   - Education and experience   MBA required.  10+ years of cross functional procurement experience in a multinational and multicultural environment in shared services function.  Experience in setting up procurement function from ground-up at another MNC.  - Technical knowledge  Procurement professional with advanced knowledge above all cross functional processes (Procure to Pay, Procurement of Direct and Indirect materials, Vendor management, Contract Negotiations, Sourcing, etc.)   SAP, ARIBA, Business Intelligence,   - Activities:  Coordinate with functional management the establishment of goals and job expectations for the team (e.g. annual/quarterly performance reviews and expected behaviors).  Oversees the delivery of assigned tasks while applying conceptual knowledge and following established procedures to ensure the integrity of the tasks performed by the team.  Ensure completion of deliverables and metrics assigned in support of the functional teams.  Make recommendations to procurement functional teams to improve processes, communication and coordination of activities to be performed by the team.  Provide active support on the implementation of new technologies, changes in processes and procedures guided by the functional teams.  - People Management Skills  Communicate and coordinate with Human Resources personnel needs and opportunities to ensure the well-being and safety of the team.  Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members onsite  Proactively coaching people to develop strengths.  Communicate and coordinate with functional teams on personnel development and growth opportunities for the team members.  Monitor employees and properly address personnel needs in conjunction with the Human Resources policies and procedures.
