Position - Procurement Manager - Valves and Instruments Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Instruments Engineering Experience - 8 to 10 years CTC - 12-15 Lakhs per annum. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Sheet Preparation: Develop and prepare detailed data sheets for valves and instruments. 2. Data Sheet Approval: Obtain approvals for data sheets ensuring compliance with project requirements. 3. Vendor Selection: Identify and assess potential vendors for valves and instruments. 4. Technical Negotiation/Check: Conduct technical negotiations with vendors and perform technical checks on supplied equipment. 5. Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions. 6. Order Placement: Place purchase orders with selected vendors based on negotiated terms. 7. Status/Follow-Up: Monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines. 8. Ensure Timely Delivery: Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of valves and instruments. Skills and Competencies: - Strong technical knowledge in Instruments Engineering. - Proficient in data sheet preparation and approval processes. - Excellent negotiation skills, both technical and commercial. - Familiarity with the Oil and gas industry and its procurement practices. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
