- Heading Procurement and Subcontracting function

- Responsible for deliverables as per business plan, Budgeting, Price forecasting and strategic procurement initiatives

- Responsible for Procurement of Raw Materials ( Chrysotile Fibre)

- Prepare procurement Plan. Monitor and coordinate with project team at site for timely execution to meet the deadline of installations & commissioning targets in case of new projects.

- Develop & maintain effective relationships internally & externally with all Supply Chain stakeholders and transporters.

- Organizing several training programs for cost reduction and various industrial improvements.
