It's a wellness company, similar to VLCC, Kaya Skin Care and others. Name of this company is 'Elemage Wellness'. Currently, we are looking for a Procurement Head for this start up. Max salary on offer is: 50 LPA. 20 yrs experience required in Wellness and/or Pharma companies. 1. Arrange the samples of API along with working standards, Impurities, Specification, COA and MOA for those which are approved in PIF. 2. Arrange samples of Excipient as per the requirement of new projects. 3. Co-ordinate between vendors and CFT to clarify the technical queries raised with respect to materials. 4. Work with vendors to arrange the DMF and vendor qualification documents required for approved vendor list updation. 5. Co-ordinate with Legal team and vendors for the execution of CDA to be in place. 6. Work with vendors and QA team for the sign off of Technical Agreement for the APIs being procured for exhibit batches. 7. Creation of Quality Info records for the new items to be procured for R&amp;D and Exhibit batches 8. On receipt of Purchase Requisition for procurement, check for the availability of the materials in any of the locations and confirm the users on availability. 9. Raising of PO for the materials required for Formulation Development Trails and Submission batches. 10. Follow up for the materials to ensure timely deliveries and coordinate with Logistic team for the custom clearance in case of import materials. 11. Co-ordinate to provide CT3 and Procurement Certificate to vendors to avail excise duty benefit. 12. Raise the Advance payment request and submit to SSC on approval and follow up for the release of the same. 13. Co-ordinate with Stores Team for GRN posting and submission of Original Invoice to SSC. 14. Follow up for vendor payment release with Finance and SSC team. 15. Issuance of e-sugam for the interstate procurements.
