Job Description :

Lead the operations for P2P and O2C in India

- Experienced in managing operations for procure to pay cycle,order to cash, operations management, setting up delivery teams for sourcing processes and analyzing best in class processes for continuous process improvement.

- Lead the operations for P2P and O2C in India

- Working knowledge of SAP and strong knowledge of GST

- Hands on operational and Shared Services skills in the areas of digital transformation, robotics process automation, sourcing strategy, procure to pay, Order to cash operations,, risk management

- Develop a strong cadence with business stakeholders to consistently evaluate the performance of shared service against established targets

- Expert in developing and managing source to pay teams onshore and offshore for tactical purchasing, accounts parables, vendor management, category management, tail spend, analytics, e-sourcing, contract management, risk management, research, and transnational procurement.

- Strong experience in setting up and running a shared service within Finance

- Ability to conceptualize operational dashboard to report pending invoices, customer aging, pending GR- s, open reconciliation items, unapplied cash, amongst other

- Strong domain understanding for Procure to pay,Order to cash and treasury operations

- Drive and deliver process optimization initiatives to ensure they are fit to meet future demands and support business growth

- Responsible for developing capability in procurement analytics, transnational procurement, catalog management, vendor risk and other sourcing support functions
