1. Evaluating the vendors and their deliverables on periodic basis

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.

3. In-depth understanding of vendor products & services

4. Validating Existing Database of Vendors & their credentials

5. Building Quality vendor base after verification of Vendor Credentials.

6. Coordination with vendors and register them on our Technology Platform if not registered.

7. Verification of Vendor documents and completion of registration.

8. Interacting with vendors regularly and supporting them in any operational or technology issues

9. Should be a brand ambassador for the company while interacting with vendors

10. Prepare and deliver regular reports to management regarding MIS vendor performance and compliance.

11. Maintain accurate records of vendor-related documentation, including contracts, SLAs, and performance reports.

12. Monitor and control costs associated with MIS vendors, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

13. Over all responsibility of independently handling procurement of client Handling all key negotiations and vendor finalization to meet business objectives and operational needs of client in terms of price, quality and delivery.

14. Spend analysis and able to develop SKU wise strategy for cost savings and cost reduction projects and taking ownership of execution of cost saving plans.

15. Sourcing and developing alternative vendors for regular requirement of clients at best price and quality along with best delivery and payment terms

16. Understanding new product / material requirement of client and sourcing suppliers at a best price in the market.

17. Approaching OEMs and handle bulk negotiations at a discounted price.

18. Developing cost estimates as negotiation tools to discover bets price in the market.
