Lead - Marketing operations
Education Qualification :
- Post Graduation in MBA (Marketing) from reputed university/Institute/college
- Graduation in B tech/BE is added advantage.
SUMMARY :
- Heading End-to End marketing operations of company having 6-8 years of rich marketing experience in B2B segment (preferably in SAAS) able to initiate ideas, develop and implement strategies independently, carrying Entrepreneurial Spirit, passion with proven track record of success.
- He will work closely with founders and heads company marketing strategy and drives lead generation, Business development, sales pitch, customer conversion and retention.
Strategy :
- Independently Formulating and executing Go-To-Market Strategy in B2B Segment
- Research on Client segmentation to offer suitable business proposal as per client's requirements and needs.
- Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies, have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
- May Lead, develop, and coach associates responsible for various business development program activities
Lead generation and Business Development :
- Inbound lead generation by planning and Execution of Email and Social media campaign to improve Website and landing page traffic
- Lead generation and conversion of customer through identifying references through existing clients and known source.
- Ideating and conceptualizing new events, independently planning and driving B2B associations in line with market opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Co-ordinating Market campaign plans as per Roadmap with partners and sponsors, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders are aligned.
- Managing Company website/Landing page by publishing Business oriented articles and Business Promos.
- Building relationship with existing and prospective clients by reaching them through social medial through content messages and business promotions.
Sales pitch and conversion :
- Reaching prospective clients, generating leads in B2B segment and conversion of customers independently through excellent business presentations and Demos.
