Procol - Director - Enterprise Sales - We are looking for a passionate and self driven individual who has a strong understanding of SaaS sales leadership and has managed complex sales cycles. This position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers. - You should be a data driven and consultative sales leader with a proven track record of managing Enterprise sales teams. You must be driven on meeting (and exceeding) revenue, operational and strategic goals as well as fostering the professional growth, development and success of your team members. You will also provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership for new and interesting go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities : - Manage enterprise sales cycle starting with discovery, building and managing relationships, to the close of business - Mapping out potential clients and scheduling meetings with them - Acquire new business by building a network of customers and industry contacts to facilitate sales development and successes - Work closely with Customer Success team / Director to validate and upsell/cross sell modules relevant to the Client - Independently manage large projects by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase - Partner closely with the Sales Engineering team to customize product demonstrations and architect solution packages based on client requirements - Prepare proposals that outline consultative solutions to meet client needs - Develop referrals and reference accounts by building long-term strategic relationships - Establish an effective feedback mechanism to channel the feature requests/errors from the enterprise clients to the Product/Engineering teams - Maintain strong relationships with clients in his/her portfolio and churn more business from the listed accounts - Preparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc Should Have : - 3+ years in customer-facing roles or business development experience ideally with the SaaS or a Start-up - Good understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process - Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation) - Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment - Previous experience in Solution Selling is an added bonus Great to have : - Understanding of B2B sourcing and procurements - Passionate about solving problems through technologies
