Hiring Content Marketing Manager :

We're looking for a content marketing leader who can develop and scale our content marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate B2B marketer with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

What you'll do :

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to plan and develop content

- Create and publish engaging content. (Website Content, Blogs, Case-studies, E-Books, and Branded Video Content, Sales Marketing Material, Marketing Collaterals, Emailers, Product Content etc)

- Optimize content according to improve on page and off-page SEO

- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

- Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention

What you'll bring :

- 3+ years of content marketing experience in procurement industry / tech start-ups (SaaS experience is a plus)

- Strong English writing skills

- A creative bent of mind

- A willingness to be bold and innovative

- Fast execution skills

- An eager enthusiasm to learn and grow on the job

- Working knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
