Hiring for Chief of Staff

We're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and are looking for a Chief of Staff.

We are looking for someone

- Help the CEO run effective leadership by setting key priorities and outlining feedback to share.

- Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating metrics

- Collaborates closely with business teams to deliver their best for growth and profitability.

- Ensure regular updates from the CEO's office to the rest of the organization

- Work directly with the founders to solve key product problems and develop new revenue channels.

- Build and establish powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products.

- Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic projects.

- Develop and build relationships across the data ecosystem to further help us strengthen our business.

What You'll Bring:

- Graduate/Master's degree from Tier-1 Institutes and worked earlier with Consulting companies.

- 5 to 10 years of work experience after completing your graduate degree, "Chief of Staff" experience will be given preference

- Experience working in high-growth start-ups and setting up processes will be preferred

- Outstanding record of academic achievement and demonstrated an aptitude for Strategy

- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Ability to work effectively with people at senior as well as junior levels in an organization

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English
