Role :
- Create business strategy, do reference sales, business development, account management, lead the team from the front
- Manage and lead a team of 5-6 BDMs (Gurgaon, Bangalore and Mumbai) and will grow the team and company's revenues by over 200+% Year on Year
- Manage team's motivation & development
- Responsible for company's revenues
- Market Planning w.r.t. Products, Market opportunities & Go-To Market strategies
- Grow with the organization as the business scales
- Create and nurture new business opportunities
- Should be able to comprehend customer's business requirements and work with the tech team to offer a solution
- Will be responsible for helping the startup technology company cross the chasm
Skills & Attributes :
- Tech savvy person should be able to sell cloud, online and mobile technology business
- Sound knowledge of IT and technology
- Result oriented
Experience : 10 -15 years
Attitude : Go-getter, can break into new accounts, entrepreneur zeal to grow business, self-driven
- Preferably based at Gurgaon or Bangalore.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across the country
Compensation :
- Salary of 18-25 Lacs per annum incl. variable component. Up side of higher incentive on over achievement
