This is for a UK based early-stage startup that is revolutionizing the photography industry Location: Remote (Anywhere in India) Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training. The Process Training Head is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, curriculum development, documentation, and execution of the business's training initiatives in support of the business roadmap. He/She will work across many departments to get employees proficient in both departmental technical workflows and the overall needs of the company to enhance employee technical skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. JOB DUTIES : - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. - Build the curriculum from scratch. - Deploy a wide variety of training methods - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them - Create instructional materials to be distributed during training - Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.) - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively - Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals - Research new training materials, technics, and supplies - On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions - Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training - Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure safety and productivity among staff members DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : - Preferred experience working in photo post-production - Experience analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development, and implementation - Extensive knowledge teaching theory for creating effective instructional materials - Instructional experience in a group business setting - Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service - Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments - Experience developing yearly training plans and materials for all departments throughout the company - Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively - Ability to work with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to articulate ideas in layman terms - Detail-oriented - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
