- Domain Related Knowledge : Clear Understanding of the domain. Prior experience of training on SFDC domain will be an advantage
- Client Satisfaction measurement : Client satisfaction/ dissatisfaction measurement & analysis through independent surveys.
- Manage and lead the team effectively
- Self-starter
- Ability to create training SOPs/ Training Manuals
- At least 5 years of experience in training domain required
- Meet client & organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Process Training
- Conduct refresher and remedial trainings
- Maintain Training Quality as per process SLA
- Content creation & development
- Ensure compliance to all process training related activities
- Leading the teams in transition
- Handling customers calls and chats for assigned slots to update process knowledge
- Manage and lead the team effectively
