Process/Sr Process Mgr - Digital Analytics

Role: Process Manager/ Senior Process Manager.

Education: B.E/ B.Tech/MBA/M.Tech

Responsibilities:

- Designing document, reporting tools and templates for client business needs.

- Web analytics implementation, tool configuration, code integration and reporting using web analytics tools.

- Map client business requirements to Key performance indicators (KPI).

- Identify and develop new KPIs as and when required &provide insights on them.

- Provide quantitative/ qualitative recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Synthesizing research results and campaign/site metrics and developing business implications and recommendations for clients.

- Managing ongoing client reporting, and analysis.

Desired Skill and Experience

- Proficiency in Adobe SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics or Webtrends.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA is preferred but not mandatory.

- Exposure to Adobe T&T is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and statistical tools/techniques.

- Ability to quickly learn client business and identify ways to resolve client business problem.

- Ability to identify gaps in data capturing methodologies provide suggestions to bridge them
