The candidate will be responsible for re-engineering Underwriting and Mortgages business by closely working with the relevant business and functional units.
- Review and understand existing Business processes and organization structure to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business & operational processes to eliminate waste, improve controllership and deliver flexibility.
- Should be able to identify business use case & implement the same
- Identify processes for re-design; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information, and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes.
Project - Manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions; identify and provide preliminary benefit of potential options.
- Assist and/or implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions & businesses.
- Document workflows to train all respected stakeholders
