- Overall ownership, work within assigned TAT of hiring requirements assigned
- Development of comprehensive, effective and innovative sourcing & selection strategies in order to efficiently attain top level candidates
- Lead a team of 10-15 recruiters, motivate and drive team to achieve results
- Familiar with working in fast-paced and performance driven cultural environment, with strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Consistently consult and collaborate with Hiring Managers
- Must be tech savvy and managed working on a recruitment tool
- Furthermore, sell identified and selected candidates to the hiring managers, as well as advise top level candidates to the existing opportunity including cultural fit, knowledge gaps and value proposition
- Must be proficient in excel and presentation. Prepare weekly reports to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found.
- Metric analysis, interview guide development. SLA adherence and report generation to interpret and analyze data
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills.
Salary offered: 12 - 20 LPA
