Process Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute process improvements initiatives specifically for the telesales buyer funnel to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify areas within the telesales process that require enhancement and drive projects from conception through to completion.
- Employ superior problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Support the Sales Development Head with various strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in process management or improvement, with a specific focus on telesales.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and optimize telesales processes for improved performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively on projects, providing valuable insights and achieving significant outcomes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of leading initiatives and working across teams.
