Job Purpose:

- Designing, reviewing / monitoring and streamlining Current Account Opening processes in line with regulatory compliance along with a view to simplify processing for enhancement of business.

Job Responsibilities :

Business Process - Design, review and monitor the Account Opening processes in the bank and the KYC/AML and other policies/guidelines issued by the regulatory authorities from time to time.

Branch Process :

- Streamline existing process at the branches Taking feedback from channels to ensure that the processes are working to the benefit of the customer.


- Simplify processes basis feedback received

- Coordination with CPU to understand and improvise the any process related issues.

Process Development and Enhancement -

- Design / modify and facilitate process & documentation guidelines for opening current account for customers.

- Design / modify and facilitate process & documentation guidelines for modifications in customer relationship details post account opening.

- Periodical Monitoring for effectiveness of the process.

- Regularly review Account Opening form design and terms and conditions and implement changes in line with the internal system capabilities.

- Ensuring all documentation guidelines / processes are in line with internal regulatory guidelines issued from time to time.

- Ensure to be informed of all changes in the regulatory guidelines related to products and processes and ensure to educate the team members on the same.

- Initiate changes in the processes / documentation guidelines due to changes in the regulatory guidelines.

- Periodic updation of various processes and workflows on Gyanline.

- Raising concept notes for system enhancements

Complaints Management -

- To respond to queries raised by branches as well as internal & external customers

- Respond to complaints received from regulators, customers & channels

- Follow up with branches to ensure that the complaint is resolved/addressed within the TAT

- Analyze top 10 areas of complaints, so that the complaints arising out of Top 10 areas are reduced.
