- Understand the various aspects of the business using relevant tools and recommend practical solutions for driving the business.
- Convert the insights to sustainable actions that can increase the overall growth of the company.
- Act as a bridge between technology and the market end-user and recommend improvements.
- Strategic and meet growth targets set & agreed
- Work closely with the Retail/ Wholesale/ Service Partners to maximize growth.
- Work closely with channel team members in the execution of strategy for their channels
- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances
- Review and undertake market and competitor reviews with in-depth customer research.
- Supervise efficient working of all phases of growth projects, prepare all promotional materials and manage all communication to promote the product effectively in the market
