PURPOSE STATEMENT

- Define and organize the process parameters and associated controls (on process and products) to obtain the expected quality and performance. Built the related SOP and associated training.

- Assist in engineering the manufacturing process, enable ongoing continuous improvement of all aspects of the unit in order to maximise performance in accordance with the Group Standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardised into any changes in working practices, new processes and plant developments.

- To identify continuous improvement projects by working with local management, proposing any changes in working practices, new process and plant developments.

- To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to process problems in conjunction with production management and operators

- To introduce process control parameters and facilitate the operators to carry out on an ongoing basis.

- To support the manufacturing team in the review of successful performance and countermeasures

- To give support to the plant management to train plant staff as required for the improvement of the plant performance

- To participate in the calculation of costs and opportunities of improvement to support plant initiatives of investment

- To organize and rule activities according to ISO 9001 Standard

ECONOMIC PARAMETERS

- The budgets approved for capital investments and improvement initiatives
in the plant.

PROFILE

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

- High qualification in a technical degree as the job includes specialist/technical skills. BE Ceramics

JOB EXPERIENCE:

- Good experience in manufacturing, process engineering or technical project development, with a good understanding of the plant organisation.
