Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for mentoring and leading first line managers

- Superior client service and Accuracy

- Manage day to day feedback and guidance of staff

- Review & provide approval of valuation & data work performed by team

- Support on business and capacity planning

- Manage client specific project modifications to help close projects.

- Required skills and qualifications:

- Manage and guide staff

- Strong analytical and innovative skills

- Good Comunication skills

Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content.
Completion of core technical actuarial exams
