Techno-Functional - to set up the new company in 11 European local markets - Drive discussion with business team on setting up new company in SAP - Finalize business requirement documents for tower company considering accounting impact - Discussion & identification of Passive Infra Assets in FAR and other assets & liabilities - Work with business to identify assets and liabilities to be transferred to Tower company and its accounting impact - Drive data migration for all market along with project team - Participate in system and business process testing and closure of open points - Ensure Local GAAP reporting requirements are met during implementation and transition - Work closely with business and reporting team to finalize merger accounting Finance Operation - for 11 European local markets - Analysis impact of changes in reporting standards like S16 on tower company and meeting reporting requirement - Prepare accounting memo`s where required and obtain Group reporting approvals for the same before implementation. (E.g. Treatment of ARO provision) - Monthly MEC closure and Group reporting - Agree with compliance team on SOX control requirement and its compliances - Manage monthly payment to Infra partner and day to day operational requirements - Balance Sheet reconciliations, operational control effectiveness, resolution of operational issues, identification of risks and opportunities in financial statements and action plan - Own the resolution of any significant process issues - Lead the Audit, driving requisite actions with the local market teams where warranted - Identify and monitoring the service delivery KPIs by market
