In this role the person is expected to do the following :

- Identifying & prioritizing projects based on business needs

- Lead quick problem solving on the floor

- Leading process improvement initiatives for aligned processes using Lean/Six Sigma/Other methodologies

- Conduct Trainings on Improvement methodologies - Lean/Six Sigma

- Mentor & Coach improvement projects

- Lead Organizational level improvement initiatives

- Liaison with customer on account level improvement strategy

- Liaise with technology team

- Deploy CMMi high maturity practices

- Deploy KM practices

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

- Working knowledge of Lean

- Proficiency in using statistical software - R, Minitab

- Leading Change

- Flexibilty to work in shifts is a must

- BB Certification is a must

- Prior BPS experience will be an advantage

NOTE :

major skillsets required :

1) Telecom Domain

2) Black Belt Certified

3) Minitab / R / Statistical knowledge (Mandate)

4)Process improvement
