YOUR EMPLOYER:

A leading, global firm providing creative and strategic analytics, IT and consulting solutions for the entire enterprise value chain.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Managing policy and process for global and local total rewards

- Providing the benchmarks and process design in terms of compensation and benefits

- Providing inputs for Global Quality framework

- Providing inputs for technology configuration and identify the automation opportunities

- Own and manage all process escalations while working with Global Service Delivery teams

- Leading continuous process improvement agenda

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum experience of 7+ years in HR Consulting & delivery for total rewards

- Post graduate from premium institute

- Candidate having Workday or successfactor certification is preferred

- Candidate having exposure is IPE preferred

- Should have exposure on HR Transformation Projects

- Candidates having Global Exposure preferred
