Process Excellence & Transformation Role - Finance & Accounts Domain

- Should have 14 -20 years of experience. Certified Green Belt/Black Belt. Do have Finance & Accounting exposure and managed customers in this domain.

- Ability to assess areas where implementation of IPA solution can be beneficial

- Ability to comprehend which IPA solution (email classification, chatbots, virtual agents etc.) is most suitable. Ability to analyze processes using IPA assessment approach

- Ability to create Business Requirement Documents to support Automation Development

Has working knowledge of:

- process consulting and harmonization concepts

- consulting framework & areas of analysis and ability to do analytics

- Process analysis tools and frameworks

- tools and practices required to model processes (such as Strategy/Roadmap, Value Stream Mapping, Maturity assessment, Customer journey)

- Multi tasking ability, can manage multiple responsibility simultaneously

Should be able to deliver below outcomes :

- analyze processes and come out with recommendations

- conduct vendor evaluation

- conduct maturity assessment

- develop process model

- support consulting engagements

- convert leads to closed opportunities

- Did benchmarking exercises

- Contributed in new client opportunities (RFP/Due Diligence) stage

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
