Our client is a world leader in the diagnostics space with a presence in more than 100 countries catering to major hospitals and labs in India. They are one of the most sought after companies to work with and are looking for a process excellence professional to deal with C suites of the major hospitals and labs in India

Job Description :

This is a high visibility techno management role accountable for driving the brand image of the company in the region by being a partner in progress for Hospital and Laboratories.

Reporting directly to the MD, you would be performing the following roles :

- Creating brand image of the company by building relationship with key non medico stakeholder like CEO's, CFO's, group purchase heads etc. by creating value for them either through mass marketing/awareness or specific marketing

- Working with key non medico stakeholders as singe point contact for new projects to help them establish new hospitals, laboratories and improve efficiency in the various departments of the hospitals

- Identify educational partners and consultancies, IT solutions which could help the company foray into the unchartered segments

- Lean/Process Excellence assessments; workflow studies for 3-5 days across labs/blood/hospital in the region (Minimum 2- 3 projects per month)

- Lean layouts/designing as per guidelines

- 5S implementation

- Conduct lean workshops/ training - liaise with FICCI/CII etc. certification programs

- Partner with the company's Global colleagues and teams to share and learn best practices across world (non-product related)

Profile :

A successful candidate would carry the following attributes :

- An aptitude to work with C Suites of the healthcare industry and also with the bench staff

- Should be able to work in a matrix organisation

- Should have good influencing and inter personal skills with effective communication

- The role requires frequent travel within the region

- 8-15 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics/hospitals

- Science background with expertise in lean, six sigma ( black belt )

- Must have handled multiple projects related to lean / six sigma, preferably healthcare related
