Role :&nbsp; - Drive Process excellence through designing/re-designing blueprints for internal processes and ensuring - SOP adherence, Cross Functional SLAs, and zero operational risks in the BO processes - Automate the processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency, &amp; scalability - Business process re-engineering - Radical redesign of Lending Ops (BO) processes to achieve improvements in productivity, quality &amp; cost. Rethink existing processes to deliver more value &amp; reduce cost. - Proactively analyze and dive deep areas impacting processes and key metrics - Develop programs, roadmaps and process improvements initiatives, Dash boards - Work closely with the delivery team &amp; collaborate on Process improvements, Metrics &amp; KPI's - Collaborate with multiple departments including Operations, Customer Experience, Product to understand and quantify the impacts on the processes of key business decision and tradeoffs - Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed - Develop and deliver content for cross functional operational reviews with internal leadership - Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results - Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and opportunities to improve or simplify SOPs in order to drive efficiency - Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met Skill : - Team / Stakeholder management - Exceptional Analytical skills - Problem-solving skills - Strong expertise in designing systems &amp; processes - Strong command of Excel and other MS Office programs - Previous experience in Quality or Process Improvement
