Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee and help implement new and existing programs and projects which create short-term and long-term value for the company
- Be responsible for implementing change, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits, and managing the process improvement cycle
- Working as an internal active and influential business strategy consultant to understand and solve the partner and customer's pain point
- Play a major role in enhancements of current business systems to meet changing business needs and priorities
- Taking control of the processes at Business level and creating efficiencies by restructuring process / policy along with automating by liasoning with the product team
we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience, with experience in consulting, E-commerce or high-growth startup preferred
- MBA / Engg. from top tier institutes
- Experience of managing a team will be a plus
- Understanding of lending and/or insurance industry would be a plus
- Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units
- Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same
- Ability to get down and dirty on the ground to speak to customers and agents to figure out actual problems and fix them
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment, along with high business judgement and prioritization
- High Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ability to use SQL is a must
