Job Description :

- Execute strategies to enable initiatives/projects that improve and measure business performance.

- Responsibilities include working with the LOB to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to delivery business benefit; managing projects and project teams; and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner.

- Work on improvement of delivery processes where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors.

- Establish and recommend changes to the processes for Teams within the LOB with an objective of productivity improvements. Interact with LOB Managers/Leads. Work with Partner Managers to run the process improvement committees to deliver desired outcomes.

- Train team members on 'improvement' methodologies and assist in mentoring of individuals in JDI, Yellow, Green and Black Belt training

- Deliver visible value adds through continuous improvement to achieve IDEA Targets in OpEx Framework

- Well Managed Operation - providing regular updates for the LOB management, detailing delivery outcome against targets for assigned the LOB. Regularly review, seek feedback and conduct analysis to ensure greater effectiveness of the LOB (within Tech/Ops/Shared Services) work.

- Analyze the "as-is" processes; discover the gaps and the low/non-value adds. Suggest the most apt "to-be" process design with configuration & change management recommendations

- Process mapping, Root Cause Analysis and Benchmarking of processes

- Seek, share, and institutionalize best practices and promote industry BEST standards and the use of the latest/most effective methodologies for Process Excellence and re-engineering.

- Run Metrics appreciation sessions

- Maximize use of DMS to further the brand of OPEX and its initiatives

Market Job Description
