Role - Manager
Industry - Banking BPO
- Must have experience in Process Improvement/ Process Excellence/ Business process Re-engineering/ Strategic or Corporate quality/ Continuous improvement
- Must be Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified with a good number of GB/BB projects
- Must be familiar with implementation of Six Sigma tools and methodologies and must be imparting Lean Six Sigma training in current organization
- Must have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
