Process Excellence - Lean/Six Sigma

Process Excellence Lean/Six Sigma and Execution Excellence @ Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune

The candidate should possess 12-14 years of relevant experience in Lean/Six Sigma and have a proven track record of driving Process improvement/transformation within Client environments

The candidate should be able to perform the following activities:

- Understand the business challenges and map them to the operational or internal IT challenges

- Provide thought leadership and engage customers in dialogue to identify solutions which will drive higher business value

- Apply Lean thinking across variety of domains to resolve problems of varying size and complexity

- Use Lean thinking to address complex problems like (but not limited to) Organization design, Operating Model, Shared Services Design, Managed Services setup

- Application of Lean diagnostic tools to identify wastes

- Driving Lean with a non-cookie cutter approach and building contextual solutions with cultural fit

- Using right blend of six sigma statistical tools and Lean principles

- Implement Lean tools like Value stream mapping, DSM, Loadleveling etc

- Implement Statistical control and analysis tools

- Improvement opportunity identification and prioritization

- Be able to engage with Senior to Mid-Senior Management to identify challenges and articulate the right challenges

- Act as a change agent to help overcome adoption challenges for successful transformation

Certifications

- Lean Facilitator

- Master Black Belt

- ITIL V3 foundation certified

Prior background/experience

- Proven track record of having implemented Six Sigma projects as a Black belt

- Application of lean thinking to address larger and complex problems like Organization design, Operating Model and driving Services culture

- Hands on experience of implementing Lean tools like Value stream mapping, DSM, Loadleveling, SMED etc

- Proven track record of a successful change agent/facilitator

- Proven track record of driving measured, demonstrable process improvement

- Experience of working with Senior/Mid-Senior Management
