- Supporting BAU process across all regions

- Project Management

- Driving Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Key Skills & Experience Required:

- Fully operational expertise within Accounts Payable and the E2E Purchase to Pay process.

- SAP system expertise required and knowledge of SAP Invoice Management (Opentext) would be an advantage.

- In addition the incumbent should have fully operational experience with banking and payment systems in Asia

- Experience of working within Asian legal / fiscal environments for payable process is key. In particular knowledge of the following countries would be an advantage - China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Morocco, Tunisia, Pakistan, Philippines, Japan, Russia, Turkey,Singapore, Malaysia, Supply Chain Companies (Different Tax Models)

- Experience of SAP Role and Authorizations within Purchase to Pay function

- Detailed understanding of Risk and Control processes within the Purchase to Pay function

- Aris process modelling and global process design would be an advantage

- E-invoicing expertise modelling, testing and design is required at a fully operational level.

- Expertise in leading global communities of practitioners and training key users.

- Fully operational in Freight and Services process’s

- Experience of a major transformation program would be preferential

- Experience of ‘Out-sourcing’ a global purchase to pay process to a third party service provider

- KPI’s and business outcome design, action and monitoring

- Project management - Funnel, Budget and Business Case
