SAP MOC (Management of Change) Process Consultant

Should have a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience that includes a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in relevant business areas with experience preferably in an Oil and Gas organization and a minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation/support experience including at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects as Senior Consultant for the relevant SAP modules. Project expected to last until the end of 2017.

Job Description :

MOC (Management of Change) Process Consultant :

- Provide consulting on SAP MOC products, including product capabilities (features and functions) and usage in the process industry

- Support installation, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP MOC products in the Development and Acceptance environment using Agile methodology Required Areas of Expertise

- Experience working in a large organization, involving extended review and stewardship procedures

- Ability to deliver configuration and business rules, and associated required documentation

SAP MOC Area :

- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 environment. Experience with SAP MOC or PLM / ECR or PM modules desired

Design, configuration and unit testing experience in the following areas :

- Management of Change

- Engineering change management

- Document management

- Experience SAP Business Rules Framework Plus (BRF+) strongly desired System Design Skills

- Ability to support business process redesign with consulting on industry practices and SAP tools & Work with business experts to understand their requirements, guide and advise them on best solution approach. Manage business experts with confidence.

- Proven ability to collect business requirements, develop system design, and apply SAP industry best practices, including

- Support of design / build workshop sessions

- Ability to balance local versus global perspective, perform synthesis of gathered requirements information

- Ability to design and estimate efforts for configuration and programming to address the requirements

- Ability to define and describe workable process solution scope and requirements, as well as define use cases for SAP MOC implementations

- Ability to write clear and detailed functional and technical design documents in English, covering design for configuration items and custom developments

- Ability to write test scenarios, end-user work instructions, and unit and integrated test plans

- Experience in applying structured SAP implementation methodology

- Ability to configure SAP MOC and / or PLM / ECR

- Experience in conducting system tests, creating test cases, documenting test results.
