- Manages and leads a program involving multiple/cross functions project teams to drive the development and implement, & enrich the processes

- Develops and directs of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program

- Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.

- Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; Collaborates with Top & Middle management and process owners to recommend and implement changes processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established roadmaps and schedules.

- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the service organization.

- Leads and provides guidance and Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members

- Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.

- Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post project evaluations.

- Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size of 10 -15 people

- Think tank towards, Standardize, Simplify, the complex process & Challenge the status quo

- Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements

- Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact

- Increase the performance and bring quality to the data managed by the organization to deliver accelerated business outcomes

- Identify and remove certain reporting/business bottlenecks as well as implement solutions.

- Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation

- Actively drives tool development and improvement for region driven automation requests

- Proactive identification, communication, and management of project risks and issues

- Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools like 5D, UPIM, LEAN, SIGMA, DMAIC, DMAVA, VSM, Heat Maps, CFPM, and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving, technical skills.

- Greater exposure and hands-on MS Office. VB, SQL are added advantages

- Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, e2e supply chain knowledge, and directing matrixed teams and resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. International language is added advantage.

Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels
