We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in the role of Process Audit. As a Process Auditor, you will play a key role in assessing and enhancing the internal processes. This position offers a unique blend of traditional audit responsibilities combined with a focus on process automation and risk assessment.

Responsibilities:

Process Audits:

- Conduct end-to-end documentation and evaluation of various business processes.

- Identify areas of improvement in processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Risk Assessment:

- Assess and analyze business risks associated with internal processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of risk exposure.

- Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Automation:

- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement automated solutions where applicable.

- Leverage data analytics tools to streamline audit processes.

Analytical Insights:

- Provide actionable insights based on analytical reviews to drive business decisions.

- Collaborate with management to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Compliance:

- Ensure that audit processes align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting the business.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.

- Communicate audit results to management and provide clear, concise reports.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience.

- Strong understanding of audit principles, accounting standards, and risk assessment.

- Experience in process automation and working knowledge of relevant tools.

- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
