Process Associate :

This role requires an understanding of fintech processes and an overall Six Sigma, Lean Management. The candidate will work with the Technology and cross functional teams to implement new processes, review existing processes, and suggest improvements, documentation of the processes, track performance and metrics, etc.

Experience: 3-6 years (exp in Process Management from FinTech, Banking & Finance, Technology Operations, etc.)

RR:

- Contribute towards setting up new processes and ensure it is being followed

- Recommend process improvements & suggest alternatives for continuous enhancement

- Identify and implement industry best practices

- Identifying process gaps and work with all stakeholders to resolve the gaps

- Perform regular/periodic monitoring to ensure all the processes and operations run smoothly

- To create/write clear and concise SOPs and process documents

- To review and deep dive into existing process, conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions

- Commit to standardization in existing processes and in new process implementation

- Report discrepancies and concerns to cross functional team

- Publishing RCA meeting notes, working with Technical writers to complete the issue summary documentation

- Taking part in daily stand-ups, weekly/monthly review meetings with Managers

- Prepare monthly reporting metrics (defects, efficiency improvement areas, near misses, etc.)

- Prepare monthly decks/slides to report the progress made

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Ensure delivery of priorities with minimal supervision

- Ability to track the process performance and work with seniors to define metrics/reports

 Soft skills:

- Strong logical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to technical and non-technical functions

- Stakeholder management is a necessary skill for the job

- Highly collaborative and networking

- Eye for details, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

 Others:

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent continuous improvement framework is an added value

- Experience in FinTech industry is an added advantage
