Proceed Technologies - Regional Sales Head (8-10 yrs)

Key Accountabilities

- Share the company vision and growth plans, meet and exceed revenue objectives through new client acquisition on Monthly/Quarterly basis.

- Networking in peer groups/CMO/CXO events/mixers, lead generation, Channel Partners development, understanding trends in various sectors, etc.

- Building teams - assist in recruitment and training, managing their performance.

- Building and managing sales pipeline (involves working with Business Development & Inside Sales teams)

Prior Experience:

- 8+ years of proven track record of excelling in fast paced & dynamic sales environment

- Knowledge of eCommerce sector in India, especially in B2C space. Strong understanding of retail & consumer goods industry is necessary.

- A background in the Fashion, Fashion Accessories, Consumer Electronics, Appliances, Personal Care & Beauty, home Decor, or Food sectors will be a plus.

- Experience of new business development experience in eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopclues, Paytm, etc., or Advertising and Digital Marketing Agencies will be a plus.

- Existing relationships with brands will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, with solution centric approach.

- Strong analytical and planning ability

- Leadership, cross functional working and customer relationships

- Ability to quickly adapt to Shoptimize's start-up culture and deliver - Disciplined, Organized, Attention to detail, and ability to document sales workflows.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech. / BMS / BCA / BCS

- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
