General Purpose
- Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Experience in the following Project Management Practices - Requirements / Scope management, Client account management, Project Time / Cost / Quality management, Communication management, Risk management, Product development practices
- Ability to work in fast paced organization with eagerness to deliver with good quality.
- Good understanding of web, cloud, online payment technologies and API technology is a plus

Responsibilities
- Prepares and owns project management plans, monitors project performance against plan and highlights areas of slippage; identifies/initiates corrective action.
- Defines clear, understandable requirements, and monitors scope to avoid scope creep.
- Develops in depth-understanding of the system, and converts requirements into functional solutions for projects.
Communication management
- Ensures effective, to-the-point and coherent communication with all stakeholders of the project - clients, designers, management team, 3rd party vendors, tech team, etc.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
- Coordinates with various in-house teams to ensure seamless execution of the project across functional teams like design team, UI developers, backend developers, data team etc.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Conducts risk assessment for project on a regular basis and defines and executes risk response matrix
- Identifies business development and - add-on- sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
- Creates and maintains project artifacts - Requirement document, Functional solution document, Dependencies tracker, Project timeline, Project UI / UX definitions, etc.
- Handles multiple projects at a time, and prioritizes activities based on financial goals for the project, thus taking optimal decisions
- Status reporting - Updates trackers, dashboards, sends weekly status reports to clients
- Manages project costs and budget closely
- Technical knowhow - Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
