In 5 years, we aim to be the largest distributed (full stack) surgery platform in India. Responsibilities : Own the P&L of City 1. Develop the City Level Operations 2. Hospital Tie ups 3. Lab & diagnostic network 4. OPD or Pristyn Clinics 5. Revenue Management 6. Post-Op Care Management 7. In Hospital Insurance 8. In Hospital Care 9. Medical Tourism People Management : - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels - Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities. Qualifications: - 3 - 5 years of core operations management/sales experience - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making - Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
