Roles & Responsibilities : End to End responsibility of an assigned product category, Consumer research, product launch, P&L, after sales.
1. Working on a new category/product/variant launch from product conception to market readiness for fitness and wellness products
2. Identify key vendors for manufacturing, negotiate the commercials & work with them on the final products
3. Play key role in bridging Every Department That Touches Product viz., Sales, Market Communication, Customer Service & Operations
4. Contributes to:
- Go to Market Strategy
- External/Internal Customer Research
- Business Requirements
- Managing projects
- Launch plan
5. Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Tech/MBA (Tier 1)
- Experience: 3-7 years of total experience in Product management or related roles in product based D2C organization
- Proven experience in owning and managing products across entire lifecycle
- Superlative in MS office
