Pristyn Care - New Product Development Role

Roles & Responsibilities :

- End to End responsibility of an assigned product category, Consumer research, product launch, P&L, after sales.

- Working on a new category/product/variant launch from product conception to market readiness for fitness and wellness Segments.

- Identify key vendors for manufacturing, negotiate the commercials & work with them on the final products

- Play key role in bridging Every Department That Touches Product viz., Sales, Market Communication, Customer Service & Operations, Brand and marketing.

Contributes to :

- Go to Market Strategy

- External/Internal Customer Research

Business Requirements :

- Managing projects

- Launch plan

Candidate Profile :

- Experience : 2-9 years of total experience in Product management or related roles in product based D2C organization.

- Proven experience in owning and managing products across the entire lifecycle.

- Superlative in MS office.
