Pristyn Care is a Series-A Sequoia funded Healthcare Startup. In the last 6-8 months, we have built a revenue positive business ground up. Founded by a team of Ex-Max & Medanta Doctors & Ex-UrbanClap, Mobikwik folks, we are disrupting the surgical ecosystem. In 5 years, we aim to be the largest distributed (full stack) surgery platform in India. A team of 60-70 today with folks from pedigree backgrounds, we are looking to bring on board teammates for some key leadership roles. Immediate joiners a plus. About the Role: Responsibilities: - To build and track channel performance on daily basis - Scale and retain customer base though via building lead nurturing funnel for PAN India campaigns - Responsible for creating various dashboards for sales & marketing team - Generate insights on customer behaviour, geography-based conversion probabilities & recommendations, seasonality based marketing strategy, database performance analysis - Generate and build new channels for customer acquisition Qualifications: - Ability to lead a team - 3-5 yrs marketing experience - Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics is a must - Understanding of Google adwords and web analytics. - SEO knowledge of various platforms including mobile and tablet in addition to desktop. - Experience with software and digital marketing tools and techniques - Should be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment - Must be comfortable with and ready to hustle - Startup experience a plus
