Pristyncare- Manager- Sales Trainer - In this role, you'll handle the learning and professional development of an organization's workforce. - It is your job to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. Responsibilities : - Develop & conduct effective induction programs & Produce training materials for in-house courses. - Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis - Devise individual learning plans for Employees - Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, executives, and managers. - Consider & report the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program - Manage the delivery of training and development programs and, consult the L&D to devise a training strategy for the high energetic young team - Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers - Evaluate training and development programs & Ensure that product/process/soft skill/sales training requirements are met. - Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment - Helpline managers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups - Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages What to expect : - Work is generally office based with the exception of training delivery, which can take place on or off the premises and at various locations throughout the country. - Personal presentation is important in this area of work. - Working to deadlines may be a regular feature. - Travel during the day is likely in order to deliver training sessions, either locally or further at times, but not extensive - Should comfortable for 6 days of working culture. Qualifications : - Graduate/post graduate in any discipline. Skills : - Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels; motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary - Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly - Problem-solving and negotiation skills - Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas - Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives - Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules Work experience : 4-5 Year's Experience in Sales Training About the organization : - Pristyn Care is a Series-B Sequoia funded Healthcare Startup.
