- Initiating and executing publicity strategies for the company's products and services, including a crisis management strategy (seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media)
- Maximize the Company's brand presence on various channels such as . web, TV and social media).
- Strengthen the crisis preparedness and response management to safeguard brand trust with adept media monitoring management, crafting necessary responses within reasonable TAT, relevant crisis training workshops, etc.
- Coordinate with Press, Media, PR agency to improve visibility and PR activity.
- Manage online presence through blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other channels .
- Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry-related topics.
- Understand brand building and image building process, and end-to-end execution of all major communication campaigns for the Brand.
- Responsible for editorial content, industry stories, authored articles, getting mentions, pitch notes, briefing documents etc.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
