Pristyn Care - Manager - Legal

Provide sound, efficient and effective legal services and advice to business functions in India, including :

- Reviewing, drafting, advising on and negotiating all forms of agreements

- Ensuring the timely and effective provision of legal advice to internal stakeholder on a wide range of legal issues (such as privacy, competition, intellectual property and employment law issues)

- Advising the business on any changes in laws and regulations and cooperating with the functional team to take necessary actions

- Supporting intellectual property related matters including protection and enforcement

- Localizing and developing contract templates, legal related processes and polices for India

- Managing contracts depositary for India

- Supporting the litigation team in resolution of disputes/litigations.

- Contribute to the development compliance policies and procedures and code of conduct; conduct compliance trainings and maintaining training records

- Conduct periodic reviews and tests to ensure all areas of the business are operating in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

- Advise management and other stakeholders on new/ proposed legislation.
