The Talent Acquisition Head is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function within the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the talent market. The Talent Acquisition Head will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, etc to reach potential candidates.
2. Lead the recruitment team:
Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the team, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
3. Build and maintain relationships:
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance.
Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to expand the talent pool and build a strong employer brand.
4. Enhance employer branding and candidate experience:
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and differentiate the organization as an employer of choice.
Continuously improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all applicants.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with strong people management skills
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
