Key Responsibility Areas : - This role would be part of our business growth team and encompasses forming mutually beneficial strategic alliances with external channels/platforms - Must be able to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas; is knowledgeable of the partners propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities - Ensures partner account of the vision, strategies and capabilities of the alliance - Maintains updates to the partner of the latest developments of our alliance account, provides feedback to the partners if needed - Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion and working with internal and external partners to generate lead and increase conversion rate - Understand the complex operation - like sales funnel, marketing analytic, growth trajectory, business operations - Deep understanding and hands on experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units - Influencing stakeholders to support business projects - Examine, interpret, and report results of alliances and partnerships established to stakeholders in leadership, technology, category, city operations, insurance, marketing and product teams - Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes that directly impact business growth - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Superior presentation and negotiation skills - Proven management and organizational skills - Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments - In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making Required candidate profile : - 6+ years of business analysis or business growth experience - Strong communication skills to lead board-level discussion on growth strategies involving strong strategic alliances - Proven team leader; well versed in managing growth marketing teams - Ability to work in a start-up and agile environment About Pristyn Care : Pristyn Care is an Asset Light full-stack health-care provider that rents spare OT capacity and Surgical infra of a hospital to perform surgeries for its own patients via Pristyn's full-time surgeons.
