Pristyncare- General Manager -City Operations Job Description : - Ownership of complete P&L for for the citiy - Drive Average Ticket Size M-O-M by Category for the respective city - Responsible for maintaining take rate by category/ payor type and build a process around it to monitor real-time basis with the execution of corrective actions - Develop requisite network supply to facilitate healthcare operations - Responsible to maintain high standard patient journey in terms of experience - Strong relationship building with existing hospital/clinic and build new networks - Build strong SOPs top to bottom line to drive team and set a robust process for cross functions - Responsible for overall revenue management at the city level - Help to drive daily challenge and build an engine to protect future recurrence - Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience city level - Transformation of complete medical infra, infra occupancy, infra branding and maximize infra efficiency Key Initiatives : Build and maintain relationships with all external partners, Clinic/Hospital owners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals for the city.
