Responsibilities : Own the P&L of a Category

Responsibilities :

- Building/Scale a line of business from ground up

- Responsible for P&L driven decisions of the assigned business/domains

- Responsible for growth of the the assigned business Pan India

People Management :

- Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 6-10 people

- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.

Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of core Sales/business-development experience

- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making
